Communications &
marketing manager for
La Nouvelle Garde restaurants
I’m involved in pretty much everything that shapes how the brand is seen, heard and experienced.
From writing and content to campaigns, collaborations and the less glamorous operational side of things — I ensure everything feels cohesive, intentional, and slightly more alive than your average restaurant brand.
I define and maintain the brand’s voice across all platforms, overseeing copywriting for social media, website, menus, press and all communication materials.
I lead content strategy and creation, and develop concepts and scripts for all brand videos in collaboration with videographers.
I also drive brand collaborations and partnerships, creating ideas that extend the brand beyond its physical spaces.
Alongside this, I manage marketing operations and tools — including CRM systems like SevenRooms — ensuring a seamless connection between communication, customer experience and on-the-ground reality.
My role sits at the intersection of editorial direction, brand strategy and execution.

Krug x The Carrot Chapter
For a project with Krug Champagne, I imagined and led a series of interviews with three chefs :
Cassidee Dabney in Nashville, Arnaud Faye in Paris, and Vicky Cheng in Hong Kong.
The starting point was almost absurdly simple: carrots. From there, we built a narrative thread to explore each chef’s world, their gestures, their obsessions, and the way they think about food and how it shapes them.
I worked hand-in-hand with our video director to shape the storytelling, develop the structure of each piece, and create something cohesive across three very different cities.
I also handled all the editorial preparation and conducted the interviews on set — navigating between structure and spontaneity to capture moments that felt both intimate and cinematic.
It’s the kind of project I am fond of: where storytelling, gastronomy and visual language all meet.
